Please support members of Project Phoenix southport who are taking on Born Survivor this weekend in aid of Southport Offshore Rescue Trust.

Over 30 members of the team will be running 12km and tackling more than 30 obstacles, all to raise vital funds for the charity that runs the Southport Lifeboat.

Independent of the RNLI, Southport Lifeboat is a charity that saves lives at sea and on land from the River Ribble to the River Mersey and up to 25 miles offshore. Our volunteers cover over 25 square miles of beach, dunes, forestry, marshland and Southport Marine Lake.

Project Phoenix are a family‑run fitness business designed for beginner to intermediate trainers. Their friendly community takes the intimidating feel out of the gym and replaces it with a warm, safe and supportive space for people to exercise and have fun.
