If you have already made a will, then a simple addition to it, called a CODICIL, would allow you to leave to Southport Offshore Rescue Trust a fixed sum of money. A Solicitor or Will Writing Service will do this for you for a small fee.

If you have not yet made a will, it is an easy and inexpensive document to have prepared for you. You might consider leaving a fixed sum of money to our Charity, called A LEGACY, or if you prefer, a PERCENTAGE of all your money and property. Making a Will can ensure that your family and friends and any Charities you wish to benefit actually receive what you wish them to have, rather than having your estate divided by the law and not by your wishes.
