Southport Lifeboat Fun Day
Bank Holiday Monday 31st May – 10am-5pm
The Southport Lifeboat will be holding a fun day on Bank Holiday Monday 31st May 2010.
The free event that will be held at the lifeboat house, situated on Pleasureland car park, between 10am and 5pm. It will give the public a chance to view all of the equipment used to save people on our coast.
Both lifeboats will be on display along with the quad bikes, launch vehicle and mud rescue kit.
Crew will be on hand to provide information on all the kit and the history of Lifeboats in Southport.
There will also be a barbecue and refreshments available, raising funds towards a new lifeboat house.
Please come down and help support Southport’s independent Lifeboat.
